First and foremost Maple Forest Marketing believes strongly in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy of 30-days notice on a rolling montly agreement.

Refund Policy

Once we start a service for a client and  labor on your project, accounts, creatives, etc, we do not issue refunds for any reason.

All services are offered at the client’s own risk: no guarantees, no refunds, no exchanges, no credits.

Maple Forest Marketing cannot and will not be responsible or liable for you monetary investment or loss in any way.

We are not aware of any PPC or digital advertisement provider who offers refunds on ads, clicks, budget, etc. Once you have spent money for ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc, you will almost certainly never see that money returned again, for any reason, no matter how compelling or justifiable your case may seem. They cannot be swayed when it comes to refund requests or service issues, including but not limited to loss of investment or loss of business or unexpectedly high charges for click costs and placements.

Maple Forest Marketing’s view is that business, advertising and marketing are all ventured as a form risk, effort and resources are expended in the hope of gain, profit or desired results, but it is not uncommon for any or all of those endeavors to fail.

You should NOT spend any sum of money, no matter how great or small on PPC services if you cannot afford to lose it entirely with no return, results, revenue or profit of any kind.
